With its beautiful terraced Georgian architecture and the close proximity to central London it's not surprising that Chelsea is among one of the most expensive areas in London, part of an exclusive swathe that can call itself 'uber prime'. Filled with wealthy city workers, entrepreneurs, advertising directors and wealthy families this part of London is not short of a few bob. But unlike some areas closer into town that have become 'property banks' for multi-millionaires, Chelsea has retained its vibrant feel. If it's world class shopping your after, between them, Sloane Street and the King's Road has it all. Some of the best nightlife and bars in the capital are to be found here and there's some top schools too. Couple all of this with its geographic setting by Hyde Park and the river and the close proximity of central London and you really have it all.
