Tenants will be liable to pay the following fees to Brik unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Tenancy contract fee: £240 including VAT (£200 plus VAT).
- Referencing fee:
- £70 including VAT (£58.33 plus VAT) per individual reference
- £90 including VAT (£75 plus VAT) per company reference
- £60 including VAT (£58.33 plus VAT) per guarantor reference
- Renewal administration fee: £120 including VAT (£100 plus VAT). This is only chargeable if you renew or extend your tenancy beyond the end of the initial term.
- Change of sharer administration fee: £120 including VAT (£100 plus VAT). Payable for each change of name required on your tenancy agreement.
- Inventory check-out & cleaning: Tenants must pay for the cost of professional cleaning and a check-out against the inventory at the end of their tenancy. Costs depend on the size of the property being rented.
- Security deposit: Tenants will be expected to provide a deposit of six weeks’ rent prior to the start of their tenancy.
