North Fulham
You get more space for your money in this triangular patch of roads than pretty much anywhere else in Fulham. The westerly grid (Delaford to Estcourt) is affected by the towering presence of Clem Atlee Court – a vast council estate built in 1957 – which is an eye-sore but certainly not the criminal hot-bed it may once have been.
The neighbourhood
The roads off North End Road (Haldane to Shorrolds) are now very popular and increasingly achieving top prices, being very close to Fulham Broadway and having been over looked by most buyers until only recently.
Mirabel Road consists mainly of rented flats, with the northern end being more over-looked by the Clem Atlee. Parallel to it, Fabian and Hartismere are both popular for houses and flats, but still trade at lower prices than more in-demand streets closer to central Fulham.
The area
This area feels a little less premium than other areas in Fulham, although the prices reflect it, and you can walk into Fulham Broadway easily. Here you can find most of what you need, from gyms to supermarkets. Normand Park is just to the North as is a large public and private pool and gym complex that is a convenient bonus.

Parsons Green District line tube station provides quick links to the rest of London and there are numerous bus routes running along New Kings Road and Fulham Road.
Leisure
The green is a great spot for a stroll or picnic in the sun, as is Eelbrook Common. The river and the Thames Path is not far away and if you’re into rock climbing, there’s a fantastic bouldering wall in the small business park near the tube station.
Schools
Lady Margaret girl’s school is a highly regarded school right on the green and the London Oratory boy’s school is also nearby. There are various independent schools nearby including Kensington Prep school.
Local amenities
A good mix of cafes, basrs and restaurants can be found on Parsons Green Lane and New Kings Road including the popular Bayley & Sage delicatessen and the famous (or infamous) White Horse pub at the northern end of the green. Brik’s home is also also here, right next to the White Horse pub.
