After a period of Fulham prices softening it seems they’re looking good value compared with other areas of London.
Now reflected in asking prices, this ground has been reluctantly given and has left little room to manoeuvre for buyers. Often with plenty of capital in their properties and sound asking prices sellers are now in a solid position, if challenged it’s unlikely they will budge on price. Fair deals are to be had with little or no pushiness.
