To celebrate our new and improved lettings department we are offering Landlords the ability to let their property for free (0%) for the first 6 months of their tenancy.
The offer is open to all Landlords who bring new property to let and instruct us before the end of March 2022.
Provided we are instructed to let the property before the end of March 2022 and the letting begins on the property before the end of 2022 then we will waive the first 6 months of out rental fee. The fees will then revert to our standard rate of 10% + VAT for the remainder of the term.
We reserve the right to refuse the offer without explanation. Although we will endeavour to honour it in every circumstance. We may not be able to service the offer for properties outside SW6, W6 & SW10 London postcodes. Please call us for more info.
