Pilotis Sofa

This three seated sofa is supported by five sloping adjustable legs and with it seat raised further from the floor the whole sofa seems to be floating on its slim legs. The sofa is supported by five sloping adjustable legs and described by its inventor “...as if on stilts, the seat becomes a suspended, intimate island, a sheltered place, a refuge for relaxation. Levitating over the floor, it generates a different position, a different vision of the outside world.” We wouldn't go that far, but we would say that it's an awfully cool looking sofa that has been cleverly designed to look different, stylish and timeless all at once.
