The property, which is spread over 10,000 sq ft and was launched to the market for a whopping $39 million now looks a bargain after its credit crunch induced price reduction to just under $20 million. With views over Blacks Beach and an “unparalleled level of design” pumped into a paramount location, it shows the old addage rings true: Design + Location = Fat price tag.
